What is the Mental Edge program? +
The Mental Edge is a 6-week performance mindset coaching program. It is not therapy. It is performance coaching — the same kind of mental skills work that elite athletes at every level use to compete consistently under pressure.
Who is this program for? +
Athletes ages 10 and up who are actively competing in hockey. Whether your athlete is chasing a spot on a higher team or just wants to be more consistent, the Mental Edge delivers tools that are immediately applicable to their game.
Is this 1:1 or group? +
Both formats are available. 1:1 sessions are fully private and personalized. Small group sessions (up to 4 athletes) are available when scheduling allows. Both formats cover the same curriculum and deliver the same tools.
How do I know if my athlete needs this? +
