Four structured programs, one complete development pathway. Athletes enter at the right level based on ability and age — then progress with intention, not guesswork. Every program includes the Mental Edge mindset system.
Young Cup is where athletic foundations are laid, confidence is built, and the love for the game starts to take root. This is not about pressure. It is about play, movement, and showing up every week.
Small group sessions on synthetic ice. High energy. Game-based. Designed for young athletes who are new to hockey or just getting started.
At this stage, athletes are ready to be challenged. The Development program introduces structured technical training alongside compete sessions and group dryland work — giving athletes a complete development environment for the first time.
Private or semi-private technical sessions. Small-group compete work. Monthly dryland. All tied to the 4-pillar curriculum — every rep has a reason.
The Performance program is where athletes learn to close the gap between their training and their game performance. Private technical sessions get more position-specific. Compete sessions simulate real in-game fatigue and decision-making. And the Mental Edge becomes a monthly touchpoint — not an afterthought.
This is the level where separating yourself begins — if you are willing to do the work consistently.
The Elite program is not for everyone — and that is intentional. This is reserved for athletes who are genuinely chasing the next level: junior hockey, college, or beyond. Spots are limited. Entry is by application only, based on fit and readiness, not first come first served.
Twice-weekly private sessions. Elite-level compete work. Full Mental Edge integration. Priority access and scheduling built around your season.
Come in, train with us, and get a development recommendation. We will place your athlete at the right level based on what we see — not just their age.
