The Hockey Lab is a goalie-first development program built around four pillars: Movement, Tracking, Execution, and Mindset. At the core of the facility is a dedicated synthetic ice training sheet, purpose-built for goalie development. Max 3 goalies on the ice at a time — real reps, real attention, real progression. Skaters are welcome, but goalies are who this was built for. This isn't drop-in training. It's a system.
Charter Athlete memberships are now available at the founding rate. Lock in before the Grand Opening — once these 20 spots are gone, the price goes to $399/month.

Grant Truesdell is a lifelong goalie with 30+ years in the position, a Hockey Canada NCCP coach candidate currently completing his certification, and a Juno Award-winning musician. He built The Hockey Lab from the ground up — starting with individual athletes, refining the four-pillar system through real coaching, and now bringing it into one of BC's premier hockey training environments.
As General Manager and Lead Instructor, Grant is directly involved in every session, every development plan, and every athlete who walks through the door. This is not a franchise. It is one coach, one system, and a real commitment to the athletes he works with.
